This video freakin' rawks though as retunerman rightly points out, the 'live' rendition of the track leaves something to be desired...for full audio-visual effect try turning the sound down and synching up a recorded version of the track! Awful reproduction of the original sound. Apparently at the time, it was a BBC policy on TOTP to re-record chart hits using their own session musicians. It happened quite frequently. At times they got the reproduction reasonably right, in this case however, it wasn't very good. smellsgood9 i'm guessing you're a beginner so go for 2/3 sets of 16/20 reps one day, along with the same ammount of situps and maybe another ab exercise of your choice, and the next day do some pec exercises to rest your abs. Just telling u what works best for me. Ive been doing ab exercises for 3 months now and the best of them all is this one, but its good to combine and to alternate.

@elisavarelat LOL Are you serious?!?? I guess it's not surprising since you are a med student and hence learn very little about sports nutrition, but c'mon!! I recommend you read some of John Berardi's (PhD) work along with the work of countless other experts in the field and rethink your position. At the very least, go visit a top athletic gym or bodyybuilding gym and ask them what eat before they workout (actually, you'll notice they eat protein can carbs while they exercise).

@Archronos1 I believe what you are referring to is called the abdominal oblique muscle (more commonly referred to as obliques). Most core exercises like planks cover this muscle fairly well.

Hey Scott, i've been watching your vids on and off for some time now, and if you wouldn't mind answering, i have a simple question concerning the abdominal muscles - i have a following problem: I do have the classic 6 pack abs but i'm just not getting that "V" shaped muscle that goes along your hips (not sure of it's name) to show. You can have great abs, but if there's too much excess fat, nobody will see them. As I've gotten older too (i'm 26), it gets harder. When I was like up to age 22, I didn't have to even try to have abs..they were just there. As you get older, it gets much harder.

@shameelfaraz definetly not, if you eat propelly and you eat protein. Be sure not to eat eny donuts or chocolate or eny extra calories=fat. If you do, your cardio workouts are complite waste of time. And dont forget the gym for getting more muscles.

MI Audio's take on the British high gain sound. Rawk!! Recorded with a Violet Design Amethyst Standard microphone through to an M-Audio ProFire 610 interface. The amp was an Achillies Amplification '59 Bassman clone and the software used was iMovie via my MacBook Pro (whose camera was used for the footage). No channel strips were used.

Hi, Nice review! Two questions... I will buy this pedal, I like the sound. Can I use this pedal with a multieffects in mode loop stomp box? I want to buy a Digitech RP1000 too, and use this multieffects only for effects (modules, delays, reverbs...) @Sebastianodelarada Both in the same ballpark but the Plextortion has greater tone control. I would suggest you back to back my video demos to see which appeals to you the must. Some prefer this one; others prefer the other. I don't use either much. I go for the Super Plextortion because it's not as hardcore.

@toyolindo The Crunch Box is designed primarily as a standard stomp box, to be inserted into the input of your amp. Using it as a preamp in your effects is not recommended but may yield some interesting effects (although I can't speak from experience because I haven't tried it that way..)

Then I got the Brierleys (I think Mick calls them Vintage/Moderns - you'll have to ask, I never did!) and there's no looking back. I may as well nail the buggers in. :)
